Position Highlights

• Location: Albany, GA

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (open to Saturdays if desired)

• Patient Base: Family-focused practice with a strong pediatric population (approximately 70% Medicaid with additional payor mix)

• Practice Environment: Modern office with digital technology and strong support staff

• Clinical Model: Dentist-led, collaborative environment with mentorship available

Compensation & Incentives

• Income potential: $200,000 – $400,000 annually

• Daily minimum guarantee: $800 – $1,100 for the first 90 days (based on experience)

• Production: 25%–30% of adjusted collections, including hygiene codes

• Sign-on bonus: $15,000

• Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000

• Student loan repayment: $10,000 per year (for new graduates)
