Associate Dentist – Aransas Pass, TX
Practice Highlights
- Dentist-owned practice (25 years) with owner transitioning toward retirement
- FFS/PPO-only practice with minimal local competition
- High clinical autonomy with semi-DSO support
- Immediate upside by bringing procedures in-house (endo, implants, extractions)
- 4 operatories; Open Dental; ownership open to investing in new technology
- Established team: OM, 2 assistants, 1 hygienist
Compensation & Schedule
- Daily guarantee for first 90 days
- Transition to 32% of production (flexible ramp-up)
- Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Negotiable sign-on bonus
- 30% lab fee | 7 holidays | 2–3 year contract
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Expected volume: 15–25 patients/day as services expand
