About the Position

An experienced General Dentist is needed at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in western Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically confident dentist who enjoys collaboration and mentorship. The clinic currently has a new graduate on staff who would benefit from guidance, making experience a key component of this role.

The dental clinic is completely brand new, featuring six modern operatories and state-of-the-art equipment. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, offering an excellent work-life balance.

Leadership is progressive and supportive, encouraging dentists to practice a wide range of procedures based on their interests and skills. The clinic is equipped with new endodontic technology for providers who wish to perform root canals. This is not a position focused solely on extractions—the organization is seeking a dentist interested in comprehensive, patient-centered care.

You’ll work alongside one hygienist, with an additional hygienist currently being recruited. The clinic currently sees 12–14 patients per day, with strong potential to grow to 20 patients daily as the practice continues to expand. A mobile dental unit is also part of the program, with the possibility of participating in outreach approximately once per month.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $175,000–$185,000, plus productivity bonus (final details pending confirmation)
