Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Texas. This opportunity starts on Jan 19, 2026, and spans 1 day, featuring a 7am-4pm shift with a huddle at 6:45am. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a clinical setting, utilizing Dentrix for patient management and documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver general dentistry care, including examinations, diagnoses, and routine dental procedures
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix EMR
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Work collaboratively with dental support staff
- Adhere to clinic protocols and maintain a high standard of patient care
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
- Experience with Dentrix software is preferred
