Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 96-day locum tenens assignment as the sole provider in Indiana. This opportunity begins on Mar 2, 2026, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm. The Dentist will focus on general dentistry with a strong emphasis on extractions, providing essential care to patients while utilizing Dentrix EMR software. Candidates must hold current Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Medicaid Certification credentials.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider for the practice
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry care with an emphasis on extractions
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform dental procedures including preventive, restorative, and extraction services
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and administrative protocols
- Provide patient education on oral health and preventive care
Additional Information
