Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist for a 7-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Illinois, beginning Feb 6, 2026. This short-term opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule with daytime hours and requires experience in general dentistry, including extractions and dentures.
Job Details

- Start Date: Feb 6, 2026
- LOA: 7 days
- Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
- Schedule: Monday 8am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform surgical and simple extractions, including full mouth extractions as required
- Complete denture procedures and steps
- Provide crown and bridge services
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Note any limitations regarding extractions during the presentation
Additional Information
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in general dentistry
- Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Illinois dental license required
