Dates: 5/4/2026-7/2/2026

Schedule:

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:30a-4:30p

• Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30a-4:30p

• Friday: 7:30a-12:00p

Facility Type: Outpatient Dental Clinic

Support Staff: 12

Patient Population: Adults + some cooperative pediatrics

EMR: Dentrix

Clinical Scope:

• Fillings, crowns, bridges

• Full & partial dentures

• Root canals

• Simple & surgical extractions

• Invisalign

• Hygiene checks

• Implant placement & implant restoration

• Wave One rotary system experience preferred (not required)

• Complex cases can be referred out

• Emphasis on patient education and strong bedside manner

Travel and Malpractice covered
