R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a mission-driven, team-oriented dental organization focused on delivering high-quality care to children and families.

Position Overview

  • Role: Full-Time Associate Dentist

  • Practice Model: Team-based, mission-oriented, dentist-supported environment

  • Patient Population: Approximately 70% pediatric (ages 3–21) with up to 30% adults depending on location

  • Technology: Digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, fiber-optic handpieces, and modern practice management software

  • Clinical Support: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider

Clinical Environment

  • Average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients

  • Payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network patients

  • Ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and professional development encouraged

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base pay: $900/day with uncapped earning potential

  • Sign-on bonus: $50,000

  • Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000 per month

Candidate Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program

  • Active or eligible for licensure in the state of practice

  • Required certifications: CPR, DEA, and others as applicable

  • Nitrous Oxide certification required in applicable states (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

  • Compassion, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality care for both children and adults
