Our client is seeking a motivated General Dentist with strong endodontic skills to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow, strong monthly production, and a supportive clinical environment designed to help dentists thrive without burnout.

Practice Overview

• Location: Saratoga Springs, NY

• Partner Doctor: 2 Doc Practice

• Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday | 8:00am–5:00pm

• Clinical Setup: 2 operatories (1 production column, 1 non-production column)

• Support Staff: 2 Registered Dental Hygienists, 2 Dental Assistants

Patient & Clinical Mix

• Average Daily Volume: ~11 patients per day

• Case Mix: General dentistry, exams, restorative care, and endodontics

• Endo Focus: Molar endodontics preferred (not required, but a strong plus)

• Environment: Balanced schedule allowing for both production and non-production care

Production & Earnings

• Associate Monthly Production: $65,000 – $100,000
