Job Description
R.S.M.C. Services, on behalf of a mission-driven healthcare organization, is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join a high-support clinical team serving underserved communities in Northern California.

Position Overview

Role: Full-Time General Dentist (Permanent)

Patient Population: Approximately 50% pediatric / 50% adult

Payor Mix: Predominantly Medicaid (80–90%)

Practice Setting: Modern, high-support, community-focused environment
Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorations, extractions, preventive care, and patient education

Deliver care to a diverse patient population in a mission-driven setting

Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely chart completion

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $178,276+ (new graduates) up to $210,000

Annual salary increases: 2% for each year of experience

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Relocation assistance: Up to $25,000 (available for Crescent City)

Loan repayment: Up to $300,000–$400,000 over 5 years

Paid time off: 29 paid days annually (includes holidays and education days)

Candidate Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active or eligible for California dental licensure
