R.S.M.C. Services is seeking experienced Locum General Dentists to support high-volume, community-focused clinics in Northern California. Assignment Details

• Role: Locum General Dentist

• Locations: Crescent City, CA | Eureka, CA | Fortuna, CA

• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Duration: Minimum 3-month commitment (extensions available)

Clinical Overview

• Patient Mix: Approximately 50% pediatric / 50% adult

• Practice Setting: High-volume, community health clinics

• Scope of Care: Exams, restorations, extractions, preventive care, and patient education

• Team Environment: Collaborative clinical and administrative support

Compensation & Locum Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,100–$1,200 per day

• Weekly direct deposit

• Travel fully covered, including airfare, housing, rental car, and mileage reimbursement

• No call required

• Quick decision timeline (typically 7–14 days)

• Flexible scheduling with 4- or 5-day workweek options

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to pediatric and adult patients

• Maintain accurate documentation and close charts within 72 hours of visits

• Follow clinic protocols and compliance standards

• Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care

Credentialing & Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  

• Active California dental license

• Active DEA license required prior to start

• Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month assignment
