Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in Columbus, OH
Location: Columbus, OH
Assignment Dates: February 9th - 3 month assignment
Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Patient Volume:
Patient Type: Adults Only
Procedures: Implants, Dentures, Extractions, Consultations
Support Staff: 1 treatment coordinator, 2 dental assistants
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Insurance: n/a
Requirements: Ohio dental license, BLS, (CSR/DEA preferred but not needed)
Reason for Need: Vacancy
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: Negotiable
