Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for a 20-day locum tenens assignment with our client in North Carolina, starting Feb 2, 2026. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and focuses on comprehensive general dentistry, including surgical extractions and dentures.


Job Details

  • Location: North Carolina

  • Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
  • Schedule: Mon-Thur 8am-5pm , Fri 8am-1pm; scheduled dates: Feb 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform surgical and simple dental extractions, including full mouth extractions as required
  • Complete denture procedures and digital dentures
  • Conduct comprehensive treatment planning for patients
  • Deliver high-quality general dentistry care
  • Notate any limitations regarding extractions in case presentation
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols


Additional Information

  • North Carolina dental license required
  • Must hold active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry, including extractions and dentures
