Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in California beginning on Mar 2, 2026. This full-time opportunity spans 60 days and features a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Candidates with IHS, FQHC, or rural health experience and a strong background in locum work are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver general dentistry services in a full-time setting
  • Provide care under established protocols with a focus on underserved populations
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Uphold all regulatory and clinical guidelines

Additional Information
  • Active California dental license required
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
  • Experience in IHS, FQHC, or rural health settings is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
  • Orientation sessions available every two weeks
