Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 12-day locum tenens assignment in Washington beginning Feb 9, 2026. This role offers a Monday through Thursday schedule with 8am-5pm shifts, and the dentist will participate in a 7:40am morning huddle. The ideal candidate is strong, polite, and proficient in all aspects of general dentistry. Familiarity with Dentrix is necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry care, including routine examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative dentistry
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Dentrix
  • Participate in morning huddles to coordinate daily operations
  • Collaborate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Uphold high standards of infection control and clinic protocols

Additional Information
  • Valid Washington dental license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications required
  • Strong and polite communication skills essential
  • Experience with Dentrix EMR preferred
