Mobile Dentist Opportunity – Shreveport, Louisiana
A dentist-owned mobile dental organization in Shreveport, LA is seeking a General Dentist to join its school-based care model focused on serving pediatric patients in the community.
Position Highlights
- School-based mobile dentistry with fully staffed mobile units
- Assigned unit with consistent support (hygienists, assistants, driver)
- High-volume, straightforward general dentistry
- Modern technology including digital X-rays and Denticon EMR
- Strong clinical and operational support
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (often done earlier)
- 4- or 5-day workweek options
- No evenings or call
- Optional weekend per diem shifts available
Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of production
- Average earnings around $250,000
- $50,000 student loan assistance
