Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time (40 hours) or 0.8 FTE option (32 hours)
• No weekends and no call responsibilities

Ideal Work Environment:

• 6 exam rooms
• 4 dental assistants and 2 dental hygienists
• Average of 13–15 patients per day

Favorable Call Schedule:

• Dentists do not take call
• All after-hours calls are routed to Family Practice

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package:

• Base salary range: $150,000–$160,000, with potential up to $180,000 based on experience

Qualifications

Degree:

• DDS or DMD

Certifications:

• Board eligible or board certified

Licensure:

• Eligible for West Virginia dental licensure

Skillset:

• Passion for community health and serving underserved populations
• Interest in teaching and mentoring strongly preferred

Experience:

• New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
