Position:

• Established, 2 provider practice that produced over $2million last year in Dental production
• One of providers is looking to exiting for family reasons, giving ability to walk into a full patient panel in first month
• Group sees mix of TennCare and PPO with increased negotiated fees
• This is a busy, well-run office with strong treatment planning acceptance, a capable team, and the ability to support high production
• Need fulltime provider open to working 4-5 days a week, demonstrating ability to produce $80,000 a month
• All forms of Dentistry are available including general, cosmetic, extractions, Implant, same day, veneers, and more

Offering:

• Monthly guarantee, plus % of adjusted production for first 6 months to get you ramped up
• Dentists are earning over $300,000 a year, and this is growing
• Group health, 401k with match, STD, LTD, malpractice insurance, and $2,500 in CE per year
• Group offers professional development and will get new technology/equipment if needed for provider
• Lab fees are covered by group

• Growing Eastern suburb of Nashville, within 30 minutes
