This is a growing, multi-location dental practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico, currently expanding due to strong patient demand and consistent production growth. The practice is actively looking to add additional dentists across two established locations, with modern facilities, strong support systems, and a clear path for both clinical and financial growth.

This opportunity is ideal for dentists seeking a busy practice environment, strong earning potential, and long-term stability in a growing Southwest market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The practice is hiring additional dentists to support growth at two Albuquerque locations:

1) West Side Location

• Producing approximately $180,000 per month

• 12 operatories

• Currently a 2-doctor practice, expanding to 3 doctors

2) East Side Location

• Producing approximately $100,000 per month

• 12 operatories (6 currently functional)

• Currently a 1-doctor practice, expanding to 2 doctors

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE

The practice offers competitive guaranteed pay plus production bonuses, with flexible employment options.

Compensation

• New Graduate: $10,000/month guarantee + bonuses

• Experienced Dentist: $11,000–$12,000/month guarantee + bonuses

Employment Options

• W2 or 1099 available
