We’re hiring an Associate Dentist who wants consistent income, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing community.

You’ll step into a clinical outpatient role focused on restorative dentistry in a pediatric-centered environment. The practice serves patients ages 0–20. You’ll primarily treat patients 8+ in operative appointments and may see younger children in hygiene when a pediatric dentist is not scheduled. You’ll maintain a home clinic in Baton Rouge while occasionally supporting nearby locations, backed by experienced assistants and efficient digital systems.

You’ll practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a vibrant capital city known for its Southern culture, SEC athletics, live music, and lower cost of living compared to many major metros.

• You are a DDS or DMD with an active Louisiana dental license
• You hold or can obtain a Louisiana Nitrous Oxide permit
• You’re comfortable seeing patients ages 0–20

• You perform simple and surgical extractions
• You value efficiency, teamwork, and long-term stability

Compensation & Benefits
• $800 per day guarantee for first 90 days
