Function: Dentist
Facility Location: Niagara Falls, NY (14301)
Assignment Dates: ASAP ongoing
Schedule/Shifts: Start Fridays 8a-5p, month 1, then 2-3 days per month ongoing
Patient Volume: 10-12/day
Procedures: Bread & Butter, Exam Checks, Operatives, Endo, Restoratives, Extractions. Will add Crowns and Bridges when they go to 2-3 days per week.
Support Staff: 2 Assistants, 2 RDH, & Admin
EMR: EagleSoft
Requirements: NY License, BLS,
Reason for Need: FMLA
Credentialing Timeframe: N/A
Travel and Lodging: Local Candidates Preferred
