General Dentist -FQHC– Northwest Ohio

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $200,000+ (negotiable), salary increase year two
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance available
  • NHSC student loan repayment eligibility – $50,000
  • FTCA malpractice coverage provided

Practice Details

  • FQHC outpatient clinic
  • Comprehensive general dentistry
  • Crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures, and partials
  • Option to perform basic endodontics based on comfort level
  • Specialty procedures referred as appropriate
  • Six operatories
  • Clinical team includes two dentists, three hygienists, and two experienced assistants
  • Schedule is weekday daytime hours with no after-hours responsibilities

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Eligible for Ohio dental license
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • New graduates welcome
  • Interest in working in a team-based, community-focused setting
