About the Opportunity

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Rolla, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Dentist to join its growing team. This organization is part of a multi-site, federally qualified health system dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services to underserved and rural communities throughout the region. The clinic offers modern facilities, strong clinical support, and a collaborative care model focused on improving access and outcomes for patients of all ages.

This position is based in the Rolla location and offers:

• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

• Option for four 10-hour days

• Average of 18–20 patients per day

• Supportive clinical and administrative staff

• Established patient base

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $190,000 – $260,000, based on experience

• Performance-based incentive bonus potential

• Sign-on and/or relocation bonus available
