PERM Dentist - Downtown Wilmington, NC

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our established, technology-forward practice in the heart of downtown Wilmington. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically confident provider who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values autonomy, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3-day weekends)

• Patient Base: All ages

• Volume: Pre-scheduled and tailored to provider comfort and efficiency

• Strong existing patient demand in a high-visibility downtown location

• Well-trained, supportive clinical and administrative team

Clinical Scope

Required Clinical Competencies:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry (fixed and removable prosthodontics)

• Endodontics (anterior and premolar cases)

• Simple and surgical extractions

Preferred Skills:

• Invisalign

• Implant placement

• Molar endodontics

Technology & Resources

• CBCT

• iTero scanner

• Digital imaging

• AI-assisted video technology

• Denticon EMR

Support Structure

• 2 Dental Assistants

• 2 Registered Hygienists

• Dedicated Practice Coordinator

Qualifications
