About the Position
A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Worcester, Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Dentist to join its growing dental team. This organization is one of the region’s largest community health systems, providing comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and dental services to a diverse patient population. The dental department is modern, well-equipped, and fully integrated within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Clinic Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in community or public health dentistry preferred

Commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations

Comfortable providing comprehensive, full-scope dental care
Scope of Services Includes:

Adult and pediatric dental care

Preventative services

Restorative dentistry

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $120,000 – $158,000 (commensurate with experience)
