On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services is seeking a PT Locum / Locum-to-Perm opportunity in Cookeville, TN, available on 9am-5pm. Tues-Thurs ( Mon-Thurs will be considered), with the possibility to transition to full-time in the future.

Key Highlights:
- Location: Cookeville TN
- Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
- Work Schedule: Full Time
- Monday-Thursday- 9AM-5PM
- ~Every Other Friday 9AM - 2PM
- Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 (fulltime)
- Guaranteed Minimum: $900-1,100 per day (depending on experience) - for 90-days
- Production Bonus: 25% of adj collections (based on experience) & 30% for ped specialty; including hygiene codes
- Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance
- Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available
Candidate Requirements:
- Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Tennessee dental license.
- recommended: License to perform conscious sedation
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
