Job Description

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 1 Year with option to extend



Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Practice Details:

• 95% Direct Patient Care / 5% Administrative

• 8–14 patients per dentist per day

• 13 total chairs

• 2 hygienists onsite

• 2–5 dentists working at a time

• EMR: IHS Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Patient Population:

Indian Health Service (IHS) beneficiaries, primarily ages 8–80

Cases / Procedures:

• Walk-in emergencies and sick-call

• Restorative dentistry

• Extractions

• Some pulpectomies and occasional pulpotomies

• Full-scope general dentistry within privileging

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted dental license in any U.S. state

• 5+ years of dentistry experience required
