Position Requirements
• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a General Dentist (required)
• Active New Jersey Dental License in good standing
• Ability to be credentialed with private and government insurance programs
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Proficiency in routine exams, preventative care, and common dental procedures
• Skills in clinical decision-making, critical thinking, active listening, and problem solving
• Commitment to creating a caring and supportive patient experience

Compensation & Benefits
• $80–$100 per hour + 30% of Collections
