General Dentist Needed for 2 Doctor Private Practice in Watertown, NY
A thriving private practice in scenic Upstate New York is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its multi-doctor team. With over 20 years of trusted community care, this modern, 44,000-sq-ft facility offers immediate patient flow, advanced technology, and a clear path to partnership.
Position Highlights:
- Financial: $1,200 daily minimum or 35% of collections
- Incentives: $25K sign-on bonus + up to $10K relocation
- Technology: 8 ops, 5 hygiene rooms, CBCT, CEREC, iTero
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends | Strong work-life balance
- Team: 2 dentists, 5 hygienists, 5 assistants, 4 front office staff
