General Dentist Opportunity – Arkansas | 4-Day Work Week | $175K–$185K + Bonus

A growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking a General Dentist to join its expanding dental program. This organization is part of a respected healthcare network focused on delivering high-quality care to communities across Arkansas, with a strong commitment to modern facilities, provider support, and patient access.

Position Highlights
• Brand new dental clinic with 6 operatories
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) – 10-hour days
• Practice full-scope dentistry: crowns, fillings, root canals, and restorative procedures
• Brand-new endodontic equipment available
• Work with 1 hygienist (another being hired)
• Current volume 12–14 patients/day with ability to grow to 20/day
• Opportunity to participate in mobile dental outreach once per month
