Dentist / $300,000 plus / Ownership /Corning, NY
Privately owned dental practice. This Dentist's office has a high patient demand and a strong reputation. This is a great opportunity for a Dentist seeking an ownership role to practice with strong support and experienced staff.
Dentist Schedule: 4-day work week
Dental Practice Overview:
· 10-operatory, well-established private clinic
· Strong implant, grafting, and extraction volume
· Fee-for-service foundation (read: margins)
· Staffed, stable, and respected in the community
· Current owner planning a deliberate, transparent exit
Dentist Compensation & Benefits:
· $1,000/day or 33% of production — whichever is higher
· $275K–$330K+ realistic income with surgical upside
