Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join a well-established clinic at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for a consistent weekday schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights:

Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

15-minute early arrival for morning team huddle

Full clinical autonomy with strong support staff
Compensation:
-
$850 – $1,000 per day OR 32% of adjusted production (whichever is higher for the first 90 days)

After 90 days: transition to 32% of adjusted production
Ideal Candidate:
-
Comfortable treating patients of all ages
-
Experience with root canal therapy (including some molars)

Proficient in surgical extractions, including third molars
-
Invisalign and implant certification is a plus
