Dentist - MO

Our client in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Dentist for a 40-day assignment beginning Apr 6, 2026. This role involves performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures daily, including Invisalign, restoration of implants, extractions, crowns, bridges, endodontics, and some hygiene, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and practice development.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform Invisalign treatments.
• Complete restoration of implants.
• Conduct extractions.
• Perform root canals (preferred).
• Manage crown, bridge, and endodontic procedures, minimizing external referrals.
• Provide hygiene services.
• Maintain a case acceptance rate of 65% or higher.
• Achieve a perio diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, with a goal of 2 SRPs daily.
• Target an average production of $3000 minimum per provider day.
• Ensure a new patient FMX percentage of 50% or higher for comprehensive patient treatment.
• Provide truly caring service to patients and contribute to practice growth.
