Job Description
Our client in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Dentist for a 40-day assignment beginning Apr 6, 2026. This role involves performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures daily, including Invisalign, restoration of implants, extractions, crowns, bridges, endodontics, and some hygiene, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and practice development.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Invisalign treatments.
- Complete restoration of implants.
- Conduct extractions.
- Perform root canals (preferred).
- Manage crown, bridge, and endodontic procedures, minimizing external referrals.
- Provide hygiene services.
- Maintain a case acceptance rate of 65% or higher.
- Achieve a perio diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, with a goal of 2 SRPs daily.
- Target an average production of $3000 minimum per provider day.
- Ensure a new patient FMX percentage of 50% or higher for comprehensive patient treatment.
- Provide truly caring service to patients and contribute to practice growth.

- Must be proficient in a full scope of general dentistry, minimizing external referrals.
- Candidates should be efficient with procedures.
