We are seeking a skilled Dentist specializing in Dentistry for a 60-day assignment in Missouri, starting Apr 6, 2026. Our client requires a proactive provider capable of a comprehensive range of general dentistry procedures, including Invisalign, implant restoration, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges, with an emphasis on building strong patient relationships and minimizing referrals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform Invisalign treatments.
• Execute restoration of dental implants.
• Conduct dental extractions.
• Perform root canal procedures, which are preferred.
• Provide general hygiene services.
• Handle comprehensive general dentistry including crowns, bridges, and endodontic treatments.
• Minimize patient referrals, embracing a full scope of practice.

Additional Information

• Experience with Dentrix EMR is required.
• Maintain a case acceptance rate of 65% or higher, with an emphasis on patients accepting and scheduling treatment recommendations before departure.
• Achieve a perio diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, with a goal of approximately two SRPs daily.
• Strive for an average daily production of at least $3000.
• Aim for a New Patient FMX percentage of 50% or higher, reflecting comprehensive patient treatment.
• Demonstrate efficiency in procedures and a genuinely caring approach to patient care.
