A mission-driven community health organization in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Dental Director to provide clinical leadership across a growing dental program. This role blends hands-on patient care with strategic leadership, mentoring providers, supporting students, and guiding operations across multiple sites.

Schedule
- Full-time leadership role
- Mix of clinical + administrative (flexible, approx. 60% clinical/40% administrative)
- Typically Monday–Friday Schedule
- Flexible 4-day schedule possible
- Split time between 2 Minneapolis-area locations
Compensation & Incentives
- Annual Compensation up to $265,000 based on experience

Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor dentists, therapists, and hygienists
- Provide clinical care and oversight
- Support new graduate mentorship and training
- Oversee student rotations and partnerships
- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and strategy
- Ensure quality, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Passion for team development and coaching
- Comfortable balancing clinical + administrative duties
- Community health experience a plus (not required)
