San Antonio General Dentistry - Perm Opening

Job Description
Join a modern, technology-forward dental practice designed to maximize efficiency, flexibility, and earning potential. This well-equipped environment supports high-quality care with strong clinical autonomy and a collaborative team structure.
Schedule
- 3 days per week considered full-time
- Includes:
- One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM)
- Two weekdays (7 AM – 7 PM)
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired
- No call required
Patient Volume
- 8–12 new/recare patients per shift
- 3–5 emergency exams daily
- Restorative schedule managed at provider discretion
Clinical Focus & Technology
- Preferred procedures: Surgical extractions and select endodontics
- Advanced technology including:
- CBCT
- iTero scanners
- AI-assisted diagnostics
- Implant and surgical equipment
- Rotary endodontics
- Nitrous and oral conscious sedation
Practice Model
- Fee-for-service and PPO only
- High-volume hygiene program generating consistent exam flow
- “Smart scheduling” approach to balance productivity and reduce burnout
- Strong support system with experienced assistants and treatment coordinators
Compensation & Benefits
- First 90 Days:
- Daily guarantee OR 30% of production (whichever is greater)
- Ongoing:
- 30% of net monthly production
- Earning Potential:
- Average: $250,000+

Requirements
- Active Texas dental license
