Miust be a Medcaid provider
Need locum to cover for doctor leave on these weeks.
DATES: May 26-28 and July 6-10th.
Pediatric Specialist or General dentist who has experience with kids
Work hours/lunchtime:
8AM-5PM, 1 hour lunch
Average number of patients per shift:
35-50
Patient ages (adults % / peds %):
100% peds
Required procedures:
SScrowns, filings, pulpotomies, prophys, simple ext.,
Some space maintainers (not required)
Required certifications/licenses (Medicaid/Medicare required?):
Yes, 95% Medicaid office
Support staff:
DAs, front staff, OM
EMR system:
Dentrix
