Dentist - CO

Our client in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist for a 60-day assignment starting May 18, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care to patients aged 0-18, including those with special needs, with an average of 60 patients per day. The schedule is 7a - 5p, focusing on two treatment rooms and four hygiene rooms, with one OR day per week for sedation cases using Nitrous Oxide, office-based general anesthesia, and hospital sedation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients aged 0-18, including those with special needs.
• Manage a daily patient load averaging 60 individuals.
• Perform a wide range of procedures including hygiene, fillings, extractions, cleanings, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Administer Nitrous Oxide, office-based general anesthesia, and hospital sedation (general anesthesia).
• Handle complex sedation cases, including onsite IV sedation with an anesthesiologist.
• Work within a clinical setting utilizing 2 treatment rooms and 4 hygiene rooms.
• Participate in 1 operating room day per week.
• Adhere to a shift schedule of 7a - 5p.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry is required.
• EMR system used is Dentrix.
