A high-growth, modern dental practice in Shreveport, LA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy, fully digital office with strong patient demand and long-term growth potential. This is an excellent opportunity to step into immediate production with a clear path to future partnership.
Position Highlights:
• $3.2M+ annual production, 6,200+ active patients
• 13 fully equipped operatories, recently expanded
• Bread-and-butter dentistry + extractions, molar endo, implant restorations
• Fully digital: CBCT, PrimeScan/PrimeMill, 3D printer, in-house lab
• Flexible 4–5 day workweek (34–36 hours)
• $300K–$400K+ earning potential
