General Dentist at FQHC in Kyle, Texas - about 30 minutes south of Austin!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven General Dentist to join our team at a community-focused Federally Qualified Health Center in Kyle, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to a diverse and underserved patient population while working in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental services including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, restorative care, extractions, and preventive services
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on education and prevention
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach as needed

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Strong commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
