Prosperity Placement Solutions is proud to partner with a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Florida to recruit an experienced General Dentist. This is a high-production opportunity offering exceptional earning potential, long-term stability, and a true work-life balance.
This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys bread-and-butter dentistry, values mentorship and growth, and is interested in future ownership opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- $225,000+ annual compensation based on production
- Tiered production percentage: 28%–34%

Schedule & Lifestyle
- 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)

Office Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
