Job Description

Our client in Missouri seeks a skilled Dentist for a 30-day assignment starting Apr 13, 2026. This role involves a comprehensive range of general dentistry, including Invisalign, implant restorations, extractions, crowns, bridges, and endodontics. The ideal Dentist will manage a broad scope of procedures, contribute to building the practice, and provide patient-focused care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform Invisalign treatments, restoration of implants, and extractions.
  • Provide root canal therapy (preferred).
  • Manage a comprehensive range of general dentistry procedures, including crowns, bridges, and endodontics.
  • Undertake some hygiene duties.
  • Minimize external referrals by handling a wide scope of procedures in-house.
  • Demonstrate a patient-first approach, fostering positive relationships.
  • Actively contribute to practice growth.
  • Strive for a high case acceptance rate for treatment recommendations.
  • Aim for organizational goals regarding periodontal diagnosis and daily SRPs.
  • Target a minimum average production per provider day.
  • Achieve a high new patient FMX percentage to ensure comprehensive patient care.
