Dentist needed in Charlotte, NC

ABOUT THE POSITION

A growing family dentistry group is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is a modern, fully equipped practice designed to support a comprehensive range of general dentistry services in one of the fastest-growing cities in the Southeast.

We are specifically looking for an experienced, solo-capable doctor who is confident leading patient care independently and is motivated to serve as a comprehensive practice builder. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys full-scope dentistry, takes ownership of their schedule and outcomes, and is driven to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate should be confident in performing comprehensive restorative dentistry, including (at minimum) anterior endodontics and both simple and surgical extractions. Premolar endo is preferred but not required. Implant placement is not necessary.

Candidates must be comfortable seeing Medicaid patients. We’re offering a guaranteed daily rate for the first 6 months to support ramp-up, with a reassessment at that point based on volume and performance to determine if an extension is needed.

We’re also offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus, which can be positioned flexibly—as relocation assistance or an added cushion alongside the extended daily rate to support onboarding and long-term success.
