The Company:
Our client is a busy, well-established dental practice in Johns Creek, GA with 8 operatories and a strong, experienced clinical and administrative support team. The practice serves a mostly adult patient population with some teens and is currently experiencing consistent patient flow with strong new patient growth. The environment is modern, technology-driven, and focused on comprehensive care in a long-term private practice setting.
The Position:
We are seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join this growing team on Thursdays and Fridays, with the potential to expand into additional clinical days (Wednesday–Friday) in the future. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is looking to grow clinically, build production, and work in a supportive private practice environment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of treatment planning and outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
- Thursday and Friday Schedule (with potential expansion to Wednesday–Friday)
- Provide Comprehensive General Dentistry
- Treat Predominantly Adult Patients with Some Teens
- Manage Patient Care with Support from Hygienists and Assistants
- Perform a Mix of Restorative, Cosmetic, and Comprehensive Procedures
- Implant Placement Opportunity (Preferred or Willing to Learn)
- Sedation Dentistry Opportunity (Preferred or Willing to Learn)
- Invisalign Cases (Preferred but Not Required)
Job Requirements
- Active Georgia Dental License
- 2+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
- Strong Communication and Case Acceptance Skills
- Comfortable Working in a High-Production Private Practice Environment
- Team-Oriented with a Patient-First Mindset
- Implant and Sedation Experience Preferred or Willingness to Learn
- Invisalign Experience Preferred but Not Required
- Motivation for Long-Term Growth and Clinical Development
