Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with no nights, weekends, or call
- Modern Practice: State-of-the-art office with CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, and strong hygiene support (2 hygienists)
- Leadership Opportunity: Solo/lead dentist role with autonomy, mentorship, and partnership potential after 2 years
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: 30% of adjusted production with $300,000+ annual income potential
- Income Support: $850/day guarantee for first 3 months + $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus

Qualifications
- Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active Alabama license or ability to obtain
- Clinical Scope: Comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry; interest in restorative, cosmetic, and/or implant dentistry preferred
- Experience Level: Open to both experienced dentists and early-career providers
