Position Overview
General Dentist – Full Time
Experience Required: 1–2 Years Minimum
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
- Ability to become credentialed with commercial and government insurance plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures and routine checkups
- Critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a focus on quality and patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment progress
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and board requirements
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Address clinical concerns efficiently and professionally
- Uphold high standards of ethics, care, and patient satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits
- $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
- Paid based on guaranteed hourly rate or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)
