Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
- Develop and present treatment plans to patients
- Perform general dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care
- Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests
- Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively
- Ensure patient comfort and deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants for efficient workflow
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Dentist license (DDS or DMD) in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
