Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license and DEA registration (as applicable)
- GPR or AEGD preferred

Compensation Range: $100,000 – $135,000 annually (based on schedule and production)
