Job Description

Our client in New York is seeking a skilled Dentist for a 60-day assignment starting May 4, 2026. This role involves covering at least one primary location as a sole dentist, with potential to cover multiple sites, managing a diverse range of general dentistry cases during varying day shifts. You will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, including restorative and surgical procedures, working with a supportive team.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cover at least one primary location as a sole dentist, with flexibility to cover multiple locations if needed.
  • Handle all general dentistry cases including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and anterior/premolar endodontic procedures.
  • Perform crown preps, extractions, and composite restorations (2-3, quadrant dentistry).
  • Manage middle production chair duties including crown delivery.
  • Conduct simple basic procedures such as night guards.
  • Collaborate with 1-2 hygienists for hygiene checks, overseeing approximately 2 hygiene checks per hour during a 7.5-hour day.
  • Manage up to 14 total patients daily, with 8-9 operative patients.

  • Expected to see all general dentistry cases, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, anterior/premolar endo.
  • Work with 1-2 hygienists.
  • Anticipate seeing up to 14 total patients daily, with 8-9 operative patients.
  • Opportunity to treat approximately 100 new patients monthly.
