General Dentist Opportunity – Missouri
Join a thriving multi-site practice as an associate Dentist at its primary office in Chillicothe. This Dentist role offers a loyal, high-demand patient base, the support of an established group, and a clear path to partnership.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $220,000/year (negotiable), paid bi-monthly
Production incentive: 32% paid quarterly
First-year production potential: $400,000+
$10,000 sign-on bonus
50% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums
Malpractice insurance, CME/licensure, and lab fees are fully covered
Relocation assistance available
2 weeks PTO annually
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Flexible schedule negotiable

100+ crown units produced monthly
Oral surgeon on site weekly; pediatric sedation cases monthly with an anesthesiologist
Apple-based MacPractice EMR across all locations
Opportunity for a Dentist with skills in endo, perio, or oral surgery to expand scope
Growth & Loan Repayment
Partnership opportunity after 2–3 years
NHSC loan repayment eligible: $60,000 tax-free (2-year commitment), renewable
